These Terms of Service apply to your use of Japan Anime Figures (japananimefigures.com), operated by WEJECT LLC, Japan. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell Japanese anime figures and related collectibles, many of which are pre-owned. We describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. Product photos show the actual item unless stated otherwise. All items are authentic merchandise; we do not sell bootlegs or replicas.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include shipping and U.S. import duties. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to the address provided.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

6. Intellectual property

Character names and images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holders. Our own photos and text may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.
