30-day returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all parts, accessories and packaging that came with it.
How to start a return
Email us at t.kana1024@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
- Item damaged, defective, or not as described: we cover return shipping, or we may refund you without requiring a return.
- Change of mind: the buyer pays return shipping to Japan. Please use a tracked shipping method.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right quickly.
Pre-owned items
Many of our items are pre-owned collectibles. Condition is described and photographed on each product page; the photos show the actual item. Wear or box damage that is shown or described in the listing is not considered a defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
