About Us

Japan Anime Figures is an online store operated by WEJECT LLC, a company based in Tokyo, Japan. We sell Japanese anime figures, model kits, video games, art books and other collectibles to customers in the United States.

What we sell

Most of our items are pre-owned collectibles sourced in Japan, along with some new items. Every item is inspected and photographed by our own staff in Japan. The photos on each product page show the actual item you will receive, and any wear or box damage is described in the listing.

Shipping and prices

All orders ship from our office in Tokyo by tracked international mail within 10 business days of payment, and usually arrive in 7–14 business days. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and already include shipping and U.S. import duties, so there are no extra charges on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we cover return shipping. See our Refund Policy.
