Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.).
Shipping method
All orders ship from Japan by international mail (Japan Post) with tracking.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Import duties and taxes
All items ship from Japan. U.S. import duties and customs fees are already included in our prices, so you will not be asked to pay anything extra when your package is delivered.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are packed and shipped from Japan within 10 business days (Japanese business days) after payment.
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after shipping. Delays can occur during holidays or customs inspections.
- A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived 30 days after shipping, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
